Salted Cookie Dough Protein Bliss Balls!!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup raw cashews
1 1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup Oatflour
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp coconut flour
2 scoops @primalkitchenfoods Vanilla Collagen Fuel
1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen peptides
3 tbsp @lakantosweetener golden monk fruit (or your choice of granulated sweetener)
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 + 1/4 tsp of sea salt.
1/4 cup @enjoylifefoods Chocolate Chips .
Directions:
1. Soak the raw cashews in the filtered water overnight or in boiled water for at least one hour.
2. Drain and rinse the cashews and then blend to make your cashew cream.
3. To your cashew cream, add vanilla, 1/8 tsp sea salt, and your proteins.
4. Mix together, then add oat flour and coconut flour.
5. Mix until a cookie dough starts to form, mix in your chocolate chips, and scoop and roll out each bliss ball.
6. Optional: Mix 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1 tbsp coconut flour, and 1 tbsp granulated sweetener together in a wide bowl, and roll each bliss ball in the mixture. Refrigerate and enjoy! .
Keep in mind, all bliss balls vary with different brands of oats, coconut flour, etc. If your bliss balls are too wet or too dry, just adjust! If you make them, let me know what you think!
